Arrived fast and came well packed. The handset has a good construction, with metal body and removable filters. The cable is OK. It comes with a faux leather bag that doesn’t protect a lot, but it’s better than nothing. As for sound, it is a more neutral sound, with a certain temperate in the bass. I confess that I prefer a little more serious, but it is still a huge phone.

Are the first In-ears that are truly good. You can’t not compare the KZ to these. A fairly flat sound, without excess bass and especially without excess treble which is very common in other years to have puncturing treble that melt your brain. However, this is what I was looking for, serious only when there are truly serious and acute when there are, the maximum volume is quite high. Construction of some type of metal, quite well for its price, should cost much more.

I just needed some wired in ears for playing Beat Saber on quest 3. I didn’t want to spend too much because I didn’t think I will use them for anything else, but I still wanted the beast for the money, so I did aome research and decided to buy Moondrops Chu 2.
well… turns out I prefer them over Beyerdynamic dt990pro and now I refuse to listen music on anything else!
also, they do great with quest 3. I was a little bit afraid that some of the lower quality songs would be even more unbearable than on quest’s speakers but actually, those make them better.
The base on them is surprisingly good, making them amazing for electronic music, but rock, metal end everything else also sound much better.

Everything arrived well, I can’t comment on sound quality in comparison to other proper IEMs as this is the first ”proper” sound device I have heard. I definitely hear things I wasn’t aware of before and found the sound to be pleasant/not tiring.
I had not issue with the Moondrop Link app in regards to recognizing the Chu II DSP cable.
The parcel took 12 days to be delivered to Mexico.
I have a MC2 cable for the Moondrop May I’m yet to receive, and I can definitely notice that the Chu II cable is less sturdy, but I wouldn’t call it bad. My thoughts are that it is of course not to be treated badly, but it isn’t a hyper delicate piece either.

Construction of the handset impeccable! My first experience with an in-ear input and sounds pleasantly! Do not have all the bass that I would like, but I studied the product and already expected, a ”neutral-cold” headset, walking more towards the natural and harmonious. I hope I can extract more of it with an upgrade of tips or cable, since the promise is greater quality… it doesn’t pass as much energy or reverberation, but it conveys more presence of other instruments equally and strong female voices as in a metal-symphonic for example! May not be present as a bass-head, however it does not distort itself, remembering that it is a headset! Fantastic. Great for those who enjoy varied styles, if you are stuck to one and acquire this one, you will have to open your horizons well and accept this clean sound. I reaffirm that it is a great first acquisition, however I think it needs an upgrade.
